About Me
Hello everyone, welcome to my website AnatolijFitness.org. How you already understood, my name is Anatolij, I am qualified personal trainer and nutrition adviser. I have always been passionate about health and fitness as long as I can remember. I started exercising since I was 8 years old. At first, I began with judo then moved on to boxing, swimming and many other sports. I became interested in fitness industry when I was 24 years old. Since then I get my personal trainer qualification and nutrition adviser qualification. I enjoy helping others to reach their fitness goals and this is the reason why I decided to create this website.
I believe that to become fit and healthy you need a healthy lifestyle. It includes training, nutrition, your daily activities, proper recovery after training, controlling your levels of stress, good sleep and many more. It is not just training in the gym. Actually, training in the gym gives you just 20% of success. Another 80% of success is what you are doing outside of the gym – it is your Nutrition and Recovery. For this reason, majority of my articles will be about nutrition and wellbeing.
Also, I am very interested in self development, so on the pages of my website you will find information not just about health and fitness, but also about self development. I believe that 2 of this components always go together. For example, you need a time management skills to find time for your training, meal preparation and other parts of your life like your family and work.
